A letter from the King

As Dorothy woke up on her 100th Birthday she was surprised to find her room had been beautifully decorated with a rose gold theme, and Chef JP had created an incredible birthday cake with extra cream, she couldnt hide her delight when she saw the stunning birthday cake that was presented to her.

Dorothys family visited throughout the day and she was rightfully spoilt with gifts, cards, banners and balloons.

A large cream coloured envelope was delivered to her with the Royal Crest and a Buckingham Palace stamp. It could only mean one thing and everyone in the room stood silently as Sam Lifestyle Co-ordinator offered to read the card out loud to her.

Dorothy commented, ‘Thank you Lord, oh thank you.’

All visitors were mesmorised by her reaction and it proved to be a very emotional day for a lot of people.
