Beeston Rise resident supports with recruitment

At Beeston Rise we recognise this is our resident’s home, we ensure everyone contributes and has a say in all aspects of life. This week Audrey helped team members with their recruitment and even sat in on interviews.

Throughout this week of interviews Audrey has supported Clare our Head of Care, with asking questions and getting to know our potential new recruits. We want to make Beeston Rise a home our residents are proud to call their own and that’s why their opinion and happiness is so important to us.  Residents’ meetings take place so our team members can implement the suggestions and decisions of our residents to ensure their happiness and well-being is our number one priority.

Lorraine Home Manager commented ‘We really value our resident’s opinion and believe its important for them to feel listened to. Beeston Rise is their home and therefore they should be a part of the decisions made within the home. Recruitment is just one part of this.
