Holbeach Meadows celebrate 1st birthday

Holbeach Meadows opened its doors in August 2022 and our first residents have been living there for a whole year!  This is something the team wanted to celebrate, so our fabulous Head Chef, Mike, is spending time with them to find out about their cake wish list.

Mike has been extra busy baking our residents a special cake of their choice to celebrate their first anniversary with us! 

Mike decided to present the cakes at lunch time, so our residents could enjoy after their lunch with a cup of tea. So far we have been treated to a victoria sponge cake and a lemon drizzle sandwich with extra lemon buttercream. 

The residents and our team have been enjoying tasting the different cakes on the wish list, and are looking forward to seeing what cake Mike will bake next.
