Horncastle celebrate Be Great Fitness

Yesterday 25th October marked a full year that Bailey from Be Great Fitness has been sharing his unique vision for exercise amongst those in care homes with us at Tanglewood Horncastle.

All of the residents absolutely loved Bailey and what he does from the very first session. He had learnt the names of every resident present within minutes on that first visit and that really impressed me, I knew immediately that we had found something very special in him and his team.

That collaboration with us last October after an item on Grimsby News, has led to Be Great Fitness in recent months now working in every home throughout the Tanglewood group.

More recently we have the lovely Elly from Be Great Fitness visiting us each week and carrying on what Bailey started, and the residents all love her too, although the ladies particularly enjoy Bailey’s visits.

This week it was Tom who visited us, (who incidentally was on his very first day with the team last October when they first came), and Tom accepted an anniversary card and a slice of cake on behalf of the team
