I scream for ice cream

This week residents at Richard House recieved a visit from the local ice cream van.

Arriving with his catchy tunes, residents eagerly formed a queue to chose their faavourite ice creams.

Some had 99s, some had tubs, and even a strawberry split, but everyone finished every last drop.

There were smiles all around on this beautiful sunny day. One resident commented ‘What a treat, the sound of the ice cream man arriving, brings back memories of taking my children and grandchildren for ice cream in the summer holidays.’

Another commented, ‘My ice cream was delicious, thank you for our surprrise visit.’
