Our incredible Lifestyle Lead, Anita, has been diligently working behind the scenes to craft a poignant tribute for Remembrance Day on November 11th – a remarkable Lone Soldier replica. With the unwavering support of our talented residents, Anita and the team have poured their heart and soul into the creation of this Lone Soldier, which will be unveiled on Thursday, November 2nd.

Anita has extended a warm invitation to the British Legion to join us at Richard House for the unveiling of this special tribute, along with a meaningful service in anticipation of Remembrance Day. The entire home has been abuzz with activity throughout October as we prepare for this significant occasion. Our residents have been diligently crafting exquisite poppy wreaths that radiate with beauty.

This endeavor is a collective effort that involves the entire home, and we believe it is of utmost importance to honor this occasion with due respect and reverence.
