Meet our Home Manager Joanne Monoghan – Cedar Falls

Joanne career begun in 2012 when she commenced her first job in Management, supporting a 26 bedded end of life unit.

Joanne remit expanded and she soon became the Manager of the adjoining 29 bedded unit providing nursing and dementia care. Over the years Joanne has built her career and development around the needs of the service that she has supported, to include gaining an assessor’s qualification which helped Joanne to support staff in their own professional development.

Joanne has also achieved a management award and supported by her previous place of work to achieve gold standards framework of care.

On a personal note Joanne has a large family and her priorities outside of work is spending quality time with her children and grandchildren.
