Monthly church service at Richard House

Every month Richard House Care Home, hold Church services for any residents that would like to attend. The service is held by Vicar Sam Parsons from Grantham Church of the Ascension.

This month the service was so well attended we had a full house.

The service included singing of hymns, prayer, and the reading of scripture verse.

Prayer services can support with any feelings of isolation, fear, or anxiety, they can also have a very calming effect. Bringing those who take part closer together increasing gratitude and thankfulness.

Lifestyle Lead Anita commented, ‘Our residents raised the roof with their singing that I think in hit heaven. I think that next month we will next an extention building maye a cathedral. I would like to thank the Grantham Church of the Ascension and the Vicar Sam Parsons for her continued support.’
