Embarking on a two-day journey of intensive training, Nicole immersed herself in the intricacies of mental health support. Reflecting on her experience, Nicole shared, “I found this course very interesting and loved taking part in the course.” Her enthusiasm and dedication shone brightly throughout the training sessions, showcasing her unwavering commitment to enhancing the well-being of others.
With this newfound qualification, Nicole assumes a pivotal role as a first point of contact for anyone—be it staff or resident—seeking solace and support during challenging times.
