Nursing Care
At Tanglewood some of our homes offer nursing care. This is for individuals that require more support than residential care due to an increase in health needs that require 24 hour support from a registered nurse.
Our nurses at Tanglewood are supported by the care team, where they have received specific training to be able to do this. The management team will ensure they conduct an assessment prior to your admission to your new home, so that they can fully understand the care and medical needs that you require. They will also establish if you require any specialist equipment, so that we can ensure this is provided ready for your stay with us.
We provide nutritious meals and fine dining. If you have any specialist dietary requirements, our kitchen team are able to prepare and provide this. If you are unable to participate in group activities, we are able to provide some one to one time from our lifestyle team.
