Home Manager
Greetings! My name is Richard Pindani, and I am the Home Manager here at Beeston Rise Care Home. I have been working in the care industry since 2004, gaining experience in various departments, including housekeeping, the kitchen, and as a senior carer, before being promoted to manager. This broad background has given me a comprehensive understanding of every aspect of care homes, enabling me to manage the home more effectively.
I have also completed a Master’s degree while working as a Commissioning Support Manager. I am proud of my achievements, particularly in helping struggling homes regain Good CQC accreditation and reach full occupancy. Additionally, I have served as a Regional Director, supporting six homes in improving their standards of care.
I am passionate about providing outstanding care for our residents and ensuring they enjoy engaging activities that enhance their quality of life. My door is always open, so please feel free to stop by for a cup of coffee and a chat. Your feedback is always valued!
