Promotion for Edgars at Hunters Creek Care Home

We are thrilled to announce that Edgars, our former Residential Care Manager at Hunters Creek Care Home, has been promoted to Deputy Manager!

Ed is a highly aspirational and motivated individual. Regardless of what’s happening around him, he consistently strives for a happy home, satisfied residents, and content staff. His cheerfulness is truly infectious, even when he isn’t trying.

Ed began his care journey with AMG Nursing & Care Services, where he worked for five years. He started as a care assistant, progressed to senior care assistant, and eventually became a Clinical PA. During this time, he also gained experience in community care.

In 2021, Ed joined Tanglewood as a senior carer at Avocet House, a residential care home in Boston, Lincolnshire. After a year of dedicated service, he was promoted to Deputy Care Manager for Avocet House. Following his time there, Ed was offered a 12-week position as Residential Care Manager at Hunters Creek. He quickly connected with the staff and felt he made a real impact, so he decided to stay. It was clear that Ed was a perfect fit for Hunters Creek, as he continues to bring enthusiasm and positivity to our team.

Now, in 2024, we are excited to see Ed’s promotion to Deputy Manager. Our team couldn’t be happier for him, and we are confident that he will continue to lead us to new heights.
