Residents for the win

Cloverleaf hosted a Sports Day event at the weekend and even though the typical British weather had other ideas, they didn’t let the rain spoil their fun.

They moved their Families vs Team Sports Day indoors, improvised a little and the games continued.

It’s safe to say the residents & their families absolutely thrashed the team, but what a fun afternoon had by all.

There was a variety of different challenges to take part in. From a fancy dress race to a target throw game, from a balloon race to a strawberry laces race and even an object memory game to keep the brain stimulated.

1st, 2nd and 3rd place participates all received a Gold, Silver or Bronze medal after each ‘Race’ and the champions were presented with trophies.

They ended the afternoon with an indoor grill and more games that were set up for residents and their families to take part in.

Cloverleaf are feeling very lucky to have so many families join them for these events, to have team members that are able to always get involved and to have a kitchen team that prepare and cook food for all the participants. Your support means the absolute world to them.
