Richard House support Sunrise Rotary club in Grantham

Grantham Sunrise Rotary have organised a 2023 Sunflower Challenge to help support the victims of the Ukraine war. The idea behind this was so that absolutely anybody could get involved and take part.

Each entry costs £3 and all fees are passed onto the Disaster Response Funds. The seeds provided are then used to grow a sunflower, 3 winners will be chosen based on the tallest sunflower grown.

CEO Mandy Jackson bought seeds for all 10 Tanglewood homes to take part and support the people of Ukraine. At Tanglewood Care Homes we want to support those who have experienced the devastating effects of the Ukraine War.

Our homes have already started to plant their seeds and with the warmer weather on its way we are looking forward to the competition!
